Payment Information
For subscriptions, we collect billing details such as your card’s type, last four digits, and billing address. Full payment card data is handled by our processor, Stripe. We do not store complete card details; we only receive minimal required billing details (e.g., partial card information).

We automatically collect technical data to maintain security and improve performance, such as:
- IP addresses
- Browser/OS information
- Dates and times of access
- Logs of application activity (e.g., actions taken in HireFire)

- Enhance and personalize your experience
Communications and Support
When you contact us via email, chat, or a contact form, we collect the details you provide (e.g., name, email, message content).
Purpose:

Integrations and Third-Party Services
We offer integrations (e.g., Heroku Platform API, Heroku Platform Logdrain, New Relic API). When connecting these services, we store only the data needed to perform specific functions, such as autoscaling or retrieving performance metrics.
Purpose:
- Provide autoscaling functionality for your Heroku applications
Data processed through third-party integrations is retained only as long as necessary to perform the requested service (e.g., autoscaling your applications). For more details about their retention policies, refer to the privacy policies of the respective third-party services.
Cookies
We use cookies strictly necessary for the functionality and security of our application. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used on our public pages.
When We Access or Disclose Your Information

Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete it and all associated personal data immediately, unless required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
- Backups: Backups containing snapshots of your data are retained for up to 7 days. After deletion, personal data is removed from our system within 7 days.
- Logs: We maintain logs of activity and system events for up to 60 days.
- Payment Records: Billing details are kept as required for tax or accounting purposes.

International Data Transfers
Our operations are based in the European Economic Area (EEA), but most service providers are located in the United States or other jurisdictions. When transferring data outside the EEA, we use approved mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure an adequate level of protection.
